There are four main methods for removing phosphorus and oxide scale from cold-rolled steel plates and steel strips: pickling, mechanical, deformation and high-pressure water removal. The use of high-pressure water to remove phosphorus is widely used due to its advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection.

 

Physical methods are used to clean the oxide scale on the surface of the steel plate. There is no acid mist, no dust, and no pollution. Water is recycled, no waste water, and no waste gas emissions. The cleaned waste residue is recycled in the steel plant.
